An extraordinary vintage sapphire and diamond suite, certified for its rare gem quality and fine craftsmanship. This elegant set features natural, untreated Burmese cabochon sapphires and brilliant white diamonds, all mounted in luxurious 14K white gold.

According to the accompanying certificate from American Gemological Laboratories (AGL), the sapphires are of Burmese (Myanmar) origin and are non-heated, confirming their natural color and exceptional rarity. Burmese sapphires are among the most prized in the world, and untreated examples are increasingly hard to find — especially in matched suites of this scale.

The necklace features 14 cabochon sapphires totaling approximately 67.75 carats, centered by a removable 10-carat sapphire pendant, with three medium sapphires of ~6.75 carats and additional stones ranging between 3 to 4.5 carats each. The sapphires are surrounded by 373 round brilliant diamonds, weighing a total of 39.66 carats, creating a haloed silhouette that glows with light and depth.

The design offers versatile wear — the necklace can be worn as a classic statement collar, as a choker, or with the pendant removed for a lighter, more refined look.

The matching earrings each feature a 6.75-carat no-heat Burmese sapphire, surrounded by 28 diamonds per earring, totaling 5.95 carats of diamonds and 13.5 carats of sapphires across the pair. The earring backs are stamped 14K, dating the set to approximately the 1980s, an era known for bold, high-luxury design.
